Cydney Hill is a strategist and learning experience designer based in Southeast Michigan. She specializes in training design, systems thinking, and SOP development. Her work supports teams in building knowledge hubs, improving internal workflows, and aligning around shared goals.
Cydney has partnered with organizations in education, tech, and the nonprofit sector. Her past work includes onboarding systems, documentation redesign, and playbook development.
She holds a Master’s in Learning, Design, and Technology from Wayne State University and a BA in Sociology from the University of Michigan.
